HOMEWORK WEEK 8

Due: 18th March

 Is Summer or Winter more fun?

Give me three reasons with examples in dot points why you believe either the Summer or Winter months are more fun.

Make them persuasive. We will be writing on this topic starting Monday so if you do your homework early it will be to your advantage. Try and be original. You may ask family members for their opinions. Please type the answers yourself as we really need to work on our typing skills.

    Winter is more fun because:
    It is my birthday in July
    * I get to eat yummy cake
    * I can get some present's
    * Spend time with family and friend's
    You get to Warm cloths [rug up]
    *you can wear a beanie, scarf and gloves
    *I get wear a warm jacket
    *I get wear ugg boots
    It Snow's in winter
    *You get to sit by the warm fire
    *Play in the snow and make snowman [In VIC TAS NSW ]
    *Have a sleep in

    It is my brother's birthday
    * I get to go swimming
    * A very long holiday
    * A lot of time to play with my Xbox 360
    * A lot of time to spend time with friend's

    Summer is more fun because:
    * The days are longer so I get to play longer.
    * I get to go beach which I love.
    * I get to go to my friend's house.
    * It is also Chrismas.

    I believe summer months are more fun.
    *our family goes camping and boating and this is more fun when it is warmer.
    *play outside more.
    *swimming in the pool.
    *santa comes.

    I believe that winter is more fun.
    I enjoy the winter sports more than the summer sports.
    *netball - I get to escape from my brothers
    *skiing - I get to go on the chairlifts and up into the mountains
    I prefer the colder weather.
    *snuggling under blankets is cosy
    *you can wear coats and beanies and beanies are fashionable
    *you won't wake up in the middle of the night needing to put your blanket on because it was to hot to have your blanket on earlier.
    You get to relax and sleep in on the weekend
    *no little athletics on Saturday
    *no nippers on Sunday
    *no swimming every afternoon

    I believe that summer is more fun because
    1.I get to go swimming.
    2.It is Christmas.
    3.I get to go on holidays.
    4.I don't have to wear a jumper.

    * Skiing at the dam.
    * Days are longer for playing outside.

    * More party's and sleep overs in summer.

    I believe that summer is better than winter
    *Summer is better than winter because you get to go to the pool.
    *My friends get to come over and have a waterslide.
    *You can go to wet and Wild or white water world.
    *The days are longer so we get longer to play.
    *It's my birthday and Christmas.
    *It's nicer at the beach.
    *Our school holidays are longer.
    *We live in the sunshine state.

    Winter is better than summer:
    1.Winter is better because it is my birthday in July

    I think Summer is the best
    1.You can go to the pool
    •swimming is healthy
    •You can learn to swim
    • You can spend time with your friends
    2. It is Christmas in Summer
    • You can give presents to your family,and they give presents to you.
    •You can sing Christmas carols.
    •You get to eat lots of different food.
    3.You don't wear lots of clothes.
    •You can wear short pyjamas to bed.
    •You can wear swimmers at home.
    •It's not cold when you get dressed.
