Christmas Day, New Years day and Easter

We celebrate the birth of Jesus by giving presents to each other.
We celebrate it on 25 December.
We celebrate it at Beaudesert and then Casino with our family.
We celebrate it with our family and close friends.
We eat a lot of food like roast ham, vegetables, salads, Christmas cake, caramel tarts, mudcake and trifle.
We celebrate Christmas, Easter & Australia Day.

Either at home or away at Byron Bay
We celebrate it with our aunties, uncles, grandparents and cousins.
We eat some hot food, but mainly cold meat and salads. We also do Kris Kringle with all our family members. It makes us laugh.

Easter usually is on the full moon in April.
I celebrate it at the a unit or at home. We also celebrate it at the church.
I celebrate Easter with my parents and my siblings and dad's parents, sometimes I see my mum's parents.
On Easter we follow a trail of Easter eggs in the house and then we go to church.

When we go to Streaky Bay we eat lots of seafood. Prawns oysters, fish, calamari, crayfish.

New Year Eve:
We celebrate it on the last day off the year which is the 31st December.

We also celebrate our family members birthdays every year, at home with family and friends. We always have a yummy birthday cake to eat.

ReplyDeleteWe celebrate Christmas on the 25th December at relatives house or home sometimes with relatives and we don't like to eat hot food on this day because its hot weather. So we like to eat cold meats, salads and prawns dipped in seafood sauce.
At Easter we go away camping over the Easter holidays with relatives and friends and we like to have camping roasts in the camp oven on the fire and lots of chocolate for morning tea, afternoon tea and supper.
Over the Halloween weekend, my dad and I, my dads friend and his kids go camping at Mud Bulls and Music. We go trick or treating with our costumes on, around the camp areas with plastic bags. Before we go to bed we eat our treats and stay up late around the camp fire.

Australia Day
ReplyDeleteOn Australia day my family,cousins and all, come over for lunch. We play cricket bake lamingtons and make Pavlova. We hang the Australian flag up at the front of our house.
Anzac Day
On Anzac day in the morning we go to the Dawn service. My family including cousins,come over for breakfast after the service. We also have a campfire as well.
Easter
At Easter we go down to my Grandpa's and have a Easter egg hunt. We go to the beach and have dinner, then we sleepover.

We celebrate on the 25th of December. We listen to Christmas carols, we can not open presents until the whole family is here and mum and dad have their first cup of coffee.

We celebrate it on the 31st of December. We used to celebrate it by going to the beach and watching the fireworks. We do it with our family, we have party poppers, sparklers and party food.
